Air Valley Hospitality
This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations and refunds for all tour, pilgrimage, and helicopter services booked with Air Valley Hospitality.
1. Booking Amount

An advance payment is required to confirm any booking with Air Valley Hospitality.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from service providers.
2. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges apply as per hotel, helicopter, and service provider policies.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after deducting cancellation and service charges.

No refund will be provided for unused services, early departure, or missed darshan.
3. Helicopter Services

Helicopter services arranged by Air Valley Hospitality are weather-dependent and governed by the helicopter operator’s rules.

In case of cancellation due to bad weather or technical reasons, refunds (if any) are subject to actual refunds received from the helicopter operator.

Air Valley Hospitality is not responsible for non-refundable helicopter components.
4. Force Majeure
No refunds will be applicable for cancellations or changes due to:

Natural calamities

Weather conditions

Road closures

Government or temple restrictions

Any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Air Valley Hospitality
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.

Permit charges

Helicopter tickets (subject to operator policies)

Last-minute or emergency bookings
7. Company Rights
Air Valley Hospitality reserves the right to:
