By booking any tour, pilgrimage, or travel service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, helicopters, transport, and permits.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Prices mentioned are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
2. Payments
Advance payment is mandatory to block services.
Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation without notice.
3. Helicopter Services
Helicopter services are entirely weather-dependent and subject to aviation safety norms.
Delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to weather, technical issues, or government restrictions are beyond our control.
Baggage weight limits strictly apply as per helicopter operator rules.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation charges apply as per hotel, helicopter, and service provider policies.
No refund will be provided for missed darshan, unused services, or early departure.
In case of force majeure events (bad weather, natural calamities, road blocks, government orders), refunds are subject to actual recoveries from suppliers.
5. Health & Fitness
Pilgrims must ensure they are medically fit for high-altitude travel.
Senior citizens and travelers with medical conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
We are not responsible for any health issues arising during the tour.
6. Travel Documents
Pilgrims must carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times.
Mandatory yatra registrations (Char Dham / Amarnath) are the responsibility of the traveler unless explicitly included.
7. Itinerary Changes
The itinerary may be modified due to weather conditions, road closures, or local administration orders.
Such changes do not qualify for refunds or compensation.
8. Accommodation & Transport
Hotels are provided as per package category or similar, subject to availability.
Room allocation is as per hotel policy.
Transport will be provided as per the itinerary; vehicle type may vary.
9. Personal Belongings
The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
10. Liability Disclaimer
We act only as a facilitator between travelers and service providers (hotels, helicopter operators, transporters).
We are not liable for accidents, delays, injuries, or losses caused by factors beyond our control.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the booking, the traveler agrees to all Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
No verbal commitments will be considered valid unless confirmed in writing.
